Swindon Borough Council has embarked on a fantastic project to transform Cavendish Square.
The plan will see the shopping centre rejuvenated, school facilities enhanced and new homes built. It will revamp community facilities creating a fantastic place to live, play and shop.
Cavendish Square was built as a centrepiece to a new Council housing estate in the 1960s. The council is working with the community and developers to return the area to its former glory.
We intend to create a scheme of which to be proud.
Negotiations are continuing into this fantastic scheme so watch this space for further details as the project develops.
