Card Renewal
Your CitizenCard is valid for as long as you wish to use it. It never expires after all your date of birth never changes.
However many cardholders, in particular children and teenagers, wish to renew their card because the photograph looks out of date.
Renewal to another age bracket costs £5.
Post your existing card with details of any changes (ie. new photograph) to ‘Renewals’ at the CitizenCard address below.
Make sure you include:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your telephone number
- Payment of £5 (either by cheque or postal order made payable to ‘CitizenCard’ or by credit or debit card quoting the card number and expiry date). If you prefer you can phone payment details to 0870 900 9930.
