Report a Repair On-line

The following Report a Repair pages are designed for you to notify us of non-urgent repairs at any time, whether day or night. This facility is available to you 24 hours a day ... 365 days a year. Please do not report emergency repairs on this system however.

Please ensure you read the section covering responsibilities before using this method of reporting.

During normal working hours we offer emergency assistance for the following:

  • Insecure property
  • Gaining access
  • Dangerous flooring or stairs
  • Toilet not flushing (if only one is available in the property)
  • Loss of water supply
  • Water leaks
  • Unusable taps
  • Blocked waste pipes, toilets or soil and vent pipes
  • Blocked drains
  • Missing inspection chamber covers
  • Severely damaged or dangerous roofs
  • Electrics sparking or smoking or bare wires
  • Total loss of electrical power
  • Blocked chimney to open fire
  • Removal of brick debris or rubble

For assistance with any of the above, please telephone our Call Centre helpline on 01793 463463. The lines are open during normal working hours (8.30am-5.00pm) Monday to Friday inclusive.
