Swindon Borough Council expects every employee to behave in a highly professional and appropriate manner. For this reason a Code of Conduct has been developed for all employees and anyone acting as an employee of Swindon Borough Council.

This Code of Conduct is designed to provide guidance about what is expected from employees in their daily work and in their dealings with elected members, colleagues and the members of the public.
