Mini Gym

This Mini Gym session is for 0 - 4 year olds (children must be able to walk). Music and movement combine naturally in a structured play environment to help build co-ordination, strength and confidence. Experienced coaches work to each child's own abilities. Mats, slides, beams, balances, benches and hand equipment are all used in these thoroughly enjoyable sessions. Children must be accompanied by an adult, who is encouraged to join in the fun and games.
