Recreational Badminton

For players of all abilities aged 16+ years. Whether you're a beginner or an improver, this session is for you. Equipment can be hired and partners are not required.

Tea Dance

Organised Latin, Ballroom and Sequence Dancing. Fun, social activity where you can make new friends and no partner is required.

Mini Gym

A Mini Gymnastic session for under 5 year olds. Music and movement combine naturally in a structured play environment to help build co-ordination, strength and confidence. Experienced coaches work to each child's own abilities. Mats, slides, beams, balances, benches and hand equipment are all used in these thoroughly enjoyable sessions. Children must be accompanied by an adult, who is encouraged to join in the fun and games.
