Age Groups 8+ years

Designed for swimmers and non-swimmers, with the accent on safety, this course can build self-confidence, help learn new skills and provide beneficial exercise.
Four levels begin with forward and reverse paddling, safety and group work, progressing to capsizing, rolling, rescue and techniques like draw strokes, stern rudder and bow rudder. Work on moving water is the final stage.

Priority Enrolment:
Is available for customers currently on a course. You must pay in person, by post or by telephone during priority week to retain your place on a course. Your place will not be guaranteed after the new enrolment date.
New Enrolments:
Are processed on a first come, first served basis.
Courses do not run during School Holidays or on Bank Holidays.
