You will be able to pre-book an appointment so you don't have to sit and wait.

Either call 08458 500962 and follow the options or come in to Wat Tyler House.

1. If you choose to come into Wat Tyler House see our Floor Walker when you arrive, if they can't help you.
2. See our Receptionist, they will ask you some questions and then book you a convenient time and day.
3. Come back 5 minutes before your appointment time and let out Floor Walker know you have arrived.
4. Get seen by an Advisor!
   You will also be able to drop off information only at our "Fast Track Desk".
   Again, see our Floor Walker when you arrive.
