Socialise Opportunity Friendship Activity

SOFA (Socialise Opportunity Friendship Activity) is a project which supports people who have a learning disability to participate in social & leisure activities of their choice by recruiting volunteers to befriend them. Our project particularly supports several groups that were originally set-up by Respite Opportunities (a charity for people with learning disabilities which ceased in October 2004). However we are also looking at ideas to develop new activities for the future.
