Wednesday 17th December: 1pm – 3pm
Enjoy a wonderfully festive afternoon at Lydiard House Museum this December. Begin your visit with a guided tour of the historic State Rooms, where you’ll discover the fascinating story of the St John family, with its colourful characters, scandals and tragedies.
The Grade I listed house will be dressed for the season with traditional decorations, a real Christmas tree, and exquisite foliage displays created by the Royal Wootton Bassett Flower Club.
Your guided tour will start at 1pm – please arrive at the entrance to Lydiard House Museum five minutes before. Afterwards, you will sit down and enjoy a delicious cream tea. Indulge in scones served with jam, Cornish clotted cream, and a pot of tea or coffee.
Experience all of the above for £20 per person.
Seating will be open at this event, so you can choose your own seats with friends and family.
