Dogs in the Park

Lydiard Park is a great place to walk your dog, with wide open spaces to run and lots of ground to explore.

However, there are some rules you should note. Dogs are not allowed in:

• the children’s play area
• Lydiard House (except assistance dogs)
• Walled Garden and Rick Yard (except assistance dogs)
• the Forest Café (except assistance dogs)

Also, any person in charge of a dog must keep the dog on a lead no longer than two meters in certain areas at all times.
